At Antioch Baptist Church, we firmly believe that our faith is not just something we practice within the walls of our church but is meant to be lived out in our everyday lives. Our Outreach Ministry provides various opportunities for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to come together and serve our community, demonstrating God's love through tangible acts of kindness.
Joining our Outreach Ministry offers numerous ways for you to make a meaningful impact, including:
- Local Community Engagement: We are committed to serving and uplifting our local community. Through partnerships with local organizations and initiatives, we organize events such as food drives, clothing drives, and school supply collections to support those facing economic hardship. By actively participating in these events, we can make a tangible and immediate difference in the lives of our neighbors.
- Volunteering Opportunities: Our Outreach Ministry regularly collaborates with shelters, food banks, and other organizations dedicated to helping those in need. Volunteers play a crucial role in providing support and resources to the less fortunate. Whether it's serving meals at a soup kitchen, assisting with shelter renovations, or organizing donation drives, your time and talents can truly make a difference.
- Mission Trips: Are you passionate about serving outside of our local community? Our Outreach Ministry also organizes mission trips to various regions, both nationally and internationally. Our Outreach Ministry is dedicated to ministering to individuals in local prisons and hospitals, bringing comfort, encouragement, and the message of salvation through Bible studies, prayer, and companionship.
